I had the pleasure of photographing my dear friends, the Macombers. Shane is a super talented wedding photojournalist whose work I admire so much. (Check it out here.) Lindsay is the witty friend I wish was my college room mate. And 1 1/2 year old Dax is the one of the busiest and most joyous little boys I’ve ever met. I’ve known these friends for awhile, but I felt like I saw them for the first time. I was in awe and admiration of how they allow Dax to explore, adventure and take risks. They let him fall, and he bounces right back up. I can’t believe they have been parenting for only a short 18 months. Thank you Macombers, for letting me see you, laugh with you and be part of your family for the day. I can’t wait to see what mountains Mr. Dax climbs, they are going to be so big.
