In November (or December?) 2006, I photographed this sweet family on a blustery winter day with a full power outage in effect. Talking to Tara on the phone, I knew they were going to be great when she said, “Let’s go for it!” We became fast friends and her carefree attitude is so refreshing. Spencer & Tara’s family were only my second family clients and I have photographed them several times since. Being able to say I’ve been photographing their youngest, Piper since she was crawling and in diapers, is a pretty big deal to me. I love my clients & one of the best parts of forming relationships with them is watching their families grow up. Our session was on a rare, sunny day last month (I am WAY behind in blogging!) I met up with them and their cousins, Bella and Parker in Sumner for a great morning of fun. It ended with gelato and appetizers at a great restaurant in Sumner, Sorci’s.
