Humbled and excited to win another Fearless Award! I was second shooting for one of my best friends, the super talented Jennifer Tai when I took this photo. I waited several minutes for this shot and was really excited when it came together.
Fearless Photographers is a group dedicated to exhibiting documentary moments and portraits that are different than what is popular or normal in the wedding industry. I have always been drawn to documentary photography and am definitely trying to set my work apart by exhibiting real life moments. I love the beautiful details and effort that goes into a wedding, but my heart is drawn foremost to the emotional and storytelling moments of a wedding day.
